Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted, and the new title follows: SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 21 am H Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and increasing the number of members of the house of representatives to forty-four and the number of members of the senate to twenty-two. 2010-04-17 House Journal Page 2442 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that SJR 21 am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SJR 21 am H was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SJR 21 am H pass the House?"
